Wilona's Cave Games - Dev Log No. 1
My First Development Log of my TTRPG systems, supplements, solo products, etc.
First and Foremost:
I would like to thank all of the Patreon Members & Paid-Tier Members. Due to their generous funding, I can focus more on production, and it gives me the motivational push that I need to consistently produce.
The list of the names of the current Paid Patreon Members is listed at the end of this post.
Thank you!
Since this is my first Dev Log/Update, I want to state that I am making it a goal to create a new post every 10-15 days, fingers crossed.
One of the primary purposes of this Development Log is to ensure consistency in my production and stay on track with my production goals.
Note: All the artwork in this post is done by me, Moses Boyajian. I retain ownership of all of my artwork. Permission is not granted for anyone to use my artwork in any way.

My Cork Board
Mirewake RPG/Setting
Mountain Elves of Mirewake
The Lantern of Solitude - A Dragonbane Solo Adventure
My Cork Board
To begin with, I want to talk about what I stare at when I am working - My Cork Board.
I utilize this immensely; I only tack on things that I am currently working on and other things that give me inspiration.
In the following image, you can see various things:
Some are quick art sketches
A Mirewake NPC I am working on (Demon Hunter)
Current Table of Contents for my Mirewake RPG/Setting (EZD6 Edition)
Avatar: The Last Airbender & Alice in Wonderland pins (I love pins)
Note of a list of my possible future products
The yellow note on my cork board consists of the current ideas I have for upcoming projects. Some are merely notes, some have many journal entries in my journals, and some are completed.
What does ‘Completion (R, Y, G) mean?
This is a quick way for me to categorize how far along a project is, instead of me calculating a certain percentage.
R - Red - Simple notes, ideas, etc. Nothing fleshed out or playtested (basically just jotting down ideas).
Y - Yellow - Notes in journals are worked on more and playtested a bit.
G - Green - Project is 90% Completed.
By doing this, I get a snapshot of all my current & projected projects and their rough production status.
Mirewake RPG/Setting
I have been working on Mirewake for quite some time now. It is a setting that I have always wanted to create.
I know deep down that I will be working on this setting (and system) for the rest of my life. The thoughts and ideas in my head span this world into infinite possibilities.
I will be sharing a lot more about this system and setting in the future but here is something new that I am creating for Mirewake.
Moutain Elves of Mirewake
I am working on the lore for Mountain Elves for Mirewake.
Ideas that I have written down in my notes for Moutain Elves:
Prefer to seclude themselves from society
Inheriently communicate telepathically to animals (simple commands, or much more) - Hence why the Mountain Elf riding the giant reindeer does not have the reins connected to the reindeer’s head. She can communicate telepathically to direct the reindeer.
Currently, Mountain Elves are not in the current version of Mirewake, I am still working on their lore, etc. Once that is completed I will update the file of Mirewake RPG.
The Lantern of Solitude - A Dragonbane Solo Adventure
Recently I released a solo adventure for the use with the Dragonbane RPG system.
It possesses many hand-drawn & hand-painted pieces of artwork, some of them are very Tiny Watercolor Paintings (1.5in x 3in).
Cover of The Lantern of Solitude
This project was my first large written and illustrated solo adventure. It took approximately 375 hours to complete.
Note: My first solo adventure product was The Silent Cloister, which is a trifold/brochure type.
For my first Dev Log post I think I covered and shared a lot of my workflow process and current & future products.
Thank you for reading!
And as always - Happy Gaming!
